At PIPEMATE, we go through rigorous levels of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and quality control before delivery as part of our best efforts to ensure the most reliable products.
Our Visual Test is conducted to visually inspect and verify the product’s material, finishing, workmanship, and proper labelling.
Our Dimension Test guarantees the correct shape and size as per our customer’s requirements, standards, and drawings rendered.
Our Coating Test verifies that our coating thickness is up to specification, beyond standards, and to our customer’s needs.
Our Holiday/Spark Test identifies that there are no pinholes and to guarantee maximum corrosion protection with our coating.
Our Hydrostatic Test ensures superior sealing with no leaks and the highest body integrity under pressure over a certain duration.
PIPEMATE is proud to offer our exceptional testing facilities. Hence, our testing equipment are regularly calibrated externally to ensure the most accurate results. In addition to our own in-house inspection, we also have regular third party inspections as requested by our customers ensuring compliance to standards.
